Please read these Terms of Sale and Use carefully before using our website.

By using any part of this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale and Use.

If you do not accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you must not access the website or use the services offered.

The Terms of Sale are established on the website www.tweny8.com, managed, operated, distributed, and published by TWENY8.

These terms define the conditions of use, order placement, payment, and delivery between the website www.tweny8.com and the customer.

Products

All products available for sale on the website www.tweny8.com are offered subject to availability. The products available on the site are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, if errors or omissions occur in this presentation, TWENY8 cannot be held responsible.

Product photos may undergo minor modifications (colors, sizes, shapes).

Placing an Order

The customer can select items from our catalog and add them to their "Cart." By clicking the "Checkout" button, the customer finalizes the order of the products in the Cart. They will then be asked to provide their personal information (including payment details). Before finalizing an order, the customer can view and modify order details at any time. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of our Terms of Sale. If the customer does not agree with these terms, they will not be able to order products from the website.

Placing an order constitutes a sales contract between the customer and TWENY8, subject to the availability of the ordered products.

A confirmation email will be sent to the customer confirming receipt and order details.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, any consumer has a period of 14 days from receipt of goods to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing justification or incurring penalties, except for return shipping costs. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, along with the order number. TWENY8 reserves the right to determine the refund method based on the product, delivery times, and specific circumstances.

However, if the product is custom-made upon order, it generally falls under the category of made-to-order goods. In this case, the right of withdrawal does not apply unless the seller decides otherwise. Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU provides exceptions to the right of withdrawal, including:

"The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts [...] for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications."

This means that if the product is custom-made (pre-order), TWENY8 reserves the right to determine the refund method.

Liability

TWENY8 is not responsible for any losses or damages that your purchases may incur.

TWENY8 is not responsible for purchases made on fraudulent websites using our name. All purchases must be made exclusively on www.tweny8.com. We disclaim any liability for transactions made outside our official website.

If the customer's address is incorrect, incomplete, or missing, TWENY8 cannot be held responsible for order loss. Any return related to the mentioned issues, without a request for reshipment, is considered final and does not qualify for a refund.

Prices

Product prices are displayed and billed in euros. For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, customs fees may be requested from the customer upon delivery.

Secure Payments and Personal Information

Payment is required immediately upon ordering and is processed securely by payment providers Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, and PayPal.

The transmitted information is encrypted and cannot be read during network transmission. Once the payment is initiated by the customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verifying the details.

In accordance with Article 75 of Regulation (EU) 2015/2366 on payment services, the commitment to pay by card is irrevocable.

By providing their banking details during the sale, the customer authorizes the seller to debit their card for the specified amount. The customer also confirms that they are the legal holder of the card and legally entitled to use it.

We do not have access to your login credentials or card numbers. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption, ensuring both the identity of the payment provider and data confidentiality.

We do not accept installment payments.

Personal information provided during the order process is stored and used exclusively by TWENY8 to ensure the proper execution of our services.

Intellectual Property

All elements of the website, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents. Similarly, the trademarks, logos, designs, and models appearing on the website are the exclusive property of TWENY8. Their unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and constitutes counterfeiting.
